This age division will have player/coach pitch in order to develop our pitchers sooner to avoid shock when moving up to 10U (this means the player will pitch and if they get 4 balls the coach will step in and toss the ball to the batter). The distance from the pitcher to the batter is 35 feet. Rosters maybe composed of 10-12 players with 1-3 practices a week and 1-2 games per week during the Spring Season.

This age division players will continue to learn fundamentals. The coach pitches to the players will have coach pitch for 3 times and then switch to a tee. Players continue to use a ten-inch “Incrediball” (softer softball). This division's purpose is to develop our batters sooner to avoid shock when moving up to 8U where there is no tee, and the players begin to pitch. The distance from the coach pitching to the batter is between 15-35 feet. Rosters maybe composed of 10-12 players with 1-3 practices a week and 1-2 games per week during the Spring Season.

This age division is the basic instructional division that introduces young players to the game. The emphasis of this division is learning the game and having fun, not competition. This division is open to players 4, 5, and 6 years old. Each team is made up of no less than 12 players. The League Representative will determine the rosters; tryouts are not required. Teams may play up to two games per week with a weeknight evening game ending about 7:00 pm. The coach looks for all the parents to help during games and practices with batting, base running and assisting children in and out of batting helmets, catcher's gear, etc. Generally there is one practice per week, depending on the coach.
